Over the last four Wednesday afternoons, P6/7 have enjoyed working with Ms Millsopp from the Geography Department in Newbridge Integrated College. The children were able to create maps of Poyntzpass village using grid references and satellite images. They used geographical symbols and compass directions to represent the main features of the area. We are very grateful for this opportunity to develop our map skills.
