One of our recent PATHS lessons with P3 and 4 pupils focused on discussing feelings of excitement and tiredness. Pupils shared examples of times they can demonstrate these feelings and how to recognise how they feel. The lesson was completed by making ‘Feel Good’ cards for someone they wanted to give a card to.
