We have been very busy exploring Space as part of our cross-curricular topic. We worked in groups to use the iPads and reference books to help us gather information about different planets and the Sun. 🌞 We then used the Chromebooks and laptops to create a presentation using the research we gathered. We discovered some very interesting facts!
We have also been exploring the fantastic book “Aliens Love Underpants” during Literacy lessons, having fun sequencing the story, writing captions and even designing our own underpants using describing words! 👽
As part of our World Around Us lessons, we will be carrying out an experiment to see just how important the Sun is for life on Earth! We have two identical plants and will water them both equally, but one is in the window to receive sunlight, the other hidden in darkness. Make sure to check back to see how the testing progresses! 🪴
